(Nursing and Public Health) from Kenyatta University (Kenya). He has professional certification in Monitoring and Evaluation from the Kenya Institute of Management (Kenya). He has sector-wide experience and technical competencies in Project Management; Maternal, Newborn and Child Health; Sexual Reproductive Health, HIV/AIDS Management. Experienced in project start-ups, study monitoring, qualitative, and quantitative data collection. Also, proficient in strategic planning, MS 365, SPSS, STATA, R, ODK, RedCap.

A data scientist with a considerable industry experience in Scientific Report Writing, Computer Programming, Data Analysis, Machine Learning, Psychometric Analysis, Study Designs, and Data Management. Paul holds an MSc in Statistics and Data Science from Hasselt University (Belgium) and BSc in Mathematical Sciences with Information Technology from Maseno University (Kenya). He has sector-wide experience in both medical research and academic contexts. Paul has co-authored more than 20 scientific articles in peer-reviewed journals. Passionate about data science, Paul is highly skilled in R, Stata, SAS, Python, RedCap, SQL, Arango database, ODK, and CDISC.

She has sector-wide experience and technical skills in Microsoft 365, Business Intelligence, Data Mining, Network support, Database administration, and Block Chain Technology Essentials.
